For as long as I can remember, I felt the need to wear makeup in order to feel confident and beautiful. It was just a part of my everyday routine, especially since I was always involved in dance and cheerleading, which makeup is a part of. I started to get acne in high school and from that point on I rarely went a day without some sort of makeup to cover it up.
